• What happens when the policy runs out?

  We will contact you about renewal, you can then insure the memorial for a further 5 years, there is no limit in how many times you can buy cover.

• What is not covered?

  Discolouration from the elements.

• How do I make a claim?

• How are the claims settled?

  We will appoint the original mason who carried out the work, if they are unavailable or have ceased trading we will discuss and agree another mason with you.
